7. Care for your mind, body, and spirit and how each intersect in your overall wellness.

8. Create a sustainable, easy-to-implement plan that is adaptable to any household and lifestyle.

I’m Kristi Blackburn.

I am a Physician Assistant, online wellness coach, and cookbook author. My passion is empowering people to take back their health using food as medicine and by addressing how we interact with the eight dimensions of wellness. I’ve seen patient after patient with chronic illness begin to reverse their symptoms, heal their lives, and lose weight using the principles I teach in this class. I’d love to take you on that journey as well!
