This homemade Caesar dressing is more than just a flavorful topping, it's a nutrient-dense blend of whole-food ingredients that nourish the body at a foundational level. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ⅓ cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo

  • 2 ounces anchovies, about 9-10 filets 

  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled 

  • ¼ cup lemon juice 

  • 2 teaspoons mustard seed powder or 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast 

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 

PREPARATION

  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender or in a glass jar with an immersion blender.

  2. Store in a mason jar in the fridge until ready to use.
